Fixed and patched more major stuff
Changes:
- Patched the portal on the Watch Tower that made the Death Dragon disappear
- Fixed the event that was supposed to trigger Find the Gals (Ms MooMoo also triggers the event as a backup)
- Fixed certain areas where the lighting didnt change
- Fixed a transition where you were transported back to Layer 1 Meow Town instead of Layer 3 Meow Town
