Major bug fixes!

Changes: 

• Fixed all major bugs that made it difficult to traverse through Layer 4
• Fixed major transfer glitches
• More texture fixes (since I learned something new about tilesets.)
• Added Wilma and Kitsu to the Final Lobby
• Katie has a full blown NSFW scenario in order to unlock her (Open NSFW Sound Pack used)
• TM Pass is buyable in Cat City East
