Notes for v2.70

Somewhat of a big update.

Changes:

• All elements have been stabilized. (This makes the type match ups similar to Pokémon rather than just take plain damage.)
• Most weapons stabilized with the addition of a few new ones.
• Most items have been stabilized. (This should fix bugs where the item did nothing when it was used.)
• More OCs added
• Stat buffs and nerfs for characters and enemies
• (Rating is going up to 17+ soon!)
• More easter eggs added
• Texture fixes
