Notes for 2.4

Yay! Another big update for the Beta!

Changes:

• Day and night cycle added to Layer 1
• New stores added to Layer 1 in Cat City that open and close with the day night cycle
• Added the Repel and Cloaking Device which prevents enemy encounters for a set period of time
• Cloaking Device can also be used mid battle which makes enemy moves miss
• Add SHBs OC Taria which she is the first character to have a dual type.
• I will implement more dual types in the future
• Chao changes colors from being pet
• Your Chao has a hidden friendship stat
• More OCs added!!! (Play to see who all I added!)
• Weather cycles added to Layer 1
• Mesha is a NPC that can teach any female Thicc type moves
• Weapon, Armor and Item fixes and stablized
• More enemies added
• More locations added to Layer 1 and Layer 3
• Texture fixes
• More bugs squashed
